As a valued member of the Hy-Tek team, the Client Support Representative will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position involves providing timely and effective support to customers for warranty and service claims, ensuring seamless resolution of issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalating matters as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Document service activities in a clear and concise manner, providing accurate and consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technical developments, and company policies to provide expert-level support.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with Hy-Tek's customer service standards.
- Contribute to the development of customer training materials, ensuring effective communication of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of customer service or related experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain favorable customer relations.
- Demonstrated grasp of industry terminology and technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high degree of responsibility and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent problem-solving, judgment-making, analytical, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Presents a professional image to customers and vendors, embodying Hy-Tek's values and standards.
Working Conditions:
- Sitting and/or standing for extended periods.
- Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Exposure to various office noises, including computer, copier, printer, and fax machine.
- Lifting up to 75lbs without assistance.
