Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the origination and execution of project and corporate finance activities for our client's renewable energy projects

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and project sponsors

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Manage the lender diligence process, including the creation of information memoranda, financial modeling, and data room management

• Prepare and present financial reports and other materials to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in project finance, back-leverage, and corporate financing, with a focus on the utility-scale power sector and renewable energy assets

• Experience managing lender diligence processes and preparing relevant reports

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the renewable energy industry

• Knowledge of tax equity structures and their application in project finance

• Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools

• Certification in a relevant field, such as CFA or CAIA
