Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

At Insight Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with construction project tasks and ensure alignment with project schedules and deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors to advance project progress.
  • Manage project documentation/folders, including cost estimates, funding, drawings, technical documents, and compliance documentation as required by the Engineering Manual/Engineering Manual Lite.
  • Track and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordinate responses.
  • Administer documents related to project governance, coordinate office hours for SMEs and drawings, and support onboarding training.
  • Support D&C project team members (PMs, PCE, SME, etc) manage change across various vendors or stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and vendors, including badge access and training coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field with 3-5 years of internship or professional project management or coordination experience in the construction or design industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with project management software and document control systems.
  • Understanding of construction processes, project controls, and procurement procedures.
  • Background in construction or architectural engineering or general contracting.
