Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Supervise a team of 1-6 plumbers, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Manage material orders and inventory for ongoing projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawings to guide project execution.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during plumbing installations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of verified experience in plumbing.
- Possession of a valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record.
