Responsibilities

  • Customer Service

  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.

  • Sales Support
    • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals by providing excellent customer service and promoting products.
    • Assist with sales floor coverage, including opening and closing the store.
    • Participate in sales promotions and events.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
