Job Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role:
At DCCA, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level web applications using a range of technologies including Java, React, and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop complex web applications using Java, React, and PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience as a full stack software engineer, with a strong background in Java, React, and PostgreSQL
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex web applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions

Desired Skills:
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure
