Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Northeast Ohio Neighborhood. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with basic patient examinations and arrange for laboratory testing as needed.
  • Order supplies for treatment areas and perform other duties as requested by the Director of Nursing Affairs or Assistant Directors.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles to provide age-specific care to patients of all ages.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • One to two years of experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work at multiple NEON Health Center locations and adapt to changing schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical Assistant certification from a national credentialing provider.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Practice Management (EPM) systems.
Work Schedule

Full-time or part-time positions available with flexible scheduling options, including Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday 12pm to 9:00pm, and weekend hours.
