Key Responsibilities:- Direct and coordinate the performance of our obligations under the agreement
- Have all necessary authority and autonomy over operations to make decisions, including those with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Supervise Key Management Personnel, including Assistant General Managers
- Manage and direct the bundled contract commuter operations of the Southern California Regional Rail Authority
- Ensure safe, efficient, on-time performance, personnel, and equipment availability
- 20 years of broad and deep experience in railroad operations, maintenance, engineering, contract, and project management
- At least five years in a Senior Management/Leadership capacity for a FRA Regulated, Class 1 or Commuter Railroad
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to make presentations to Senior Leadership, Governing Boards, and public stakeholder groups
- Excellent management and leadership skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $154,000.00 to $211,750.00 depending on experience/qualifications. This position is eligible for Railroad Retirement. Alstom is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
