Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Design Lead and team members to learn and apply editorial and design guidelines
  • Work closely with Product and Development teams to share design progress and validate implementation accuracy on mobile interfaces
  • Create detailed visual designs for native iOS applications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards
  • Participate in presentations with executive leadership, communicating design strategies and solutions
  • Maintain design specifications and documentation, ensuring alignment with A11y standards and potential error states
  • Lead the creation of style guides for development teams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Interaction Design, Visual Design, and User-Centric Design
  • Expertise in Figma for designing complex interfaces
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS 3 to understand their impact on design, particularly within the financial industry
  • Experience designing for native iOS applications, preferably within the banking sector
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and its application in design projects
  • Proven ability to work independently and create high-quality designs with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in visual design, product management, interaction design, or related fields
  • Knowledge of information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility standards for native applications
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to create and implement style guides
