Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs for patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one patient care and therapy sessions.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Occupational Therapy license in the state.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
