Occupational Therapist Job Description

At Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities, we are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized plans of care.
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on activities of daily living, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure in the State of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Two (2) years of experience as an occupational therapist.
  • Able to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
  • CPR Certification.
