At Critical Connections, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Eden, NC. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized occupational therapy programs tailored to each client's needs. This will include encouraging client participation in tasks and therapies designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance independence and productivity following illness or injury.

Responsibilities
  • Determine appropriate OT/Occupational Therapy patients and create individualized treatment plans (long and short-term goals) and make adjustments as necessary
  • Master's degree, or higher, in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Occupational Therapy license, or pending, in the state
