About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Unit team at Memorial Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Rehabilitation Unit, utilizing your specialized skills and knowledge to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
