Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. As a Surgical Nurse, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, advocating for patients' rights, and promoting a culture of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
  • Act as an advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Promote and support interventions to ensure patients' rights are protected.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient concerns in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate awareness of ethical and legal issues related to patient care.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current RN license in New Mexico or compact license required.
  • Basic Life Support certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • Perioperative Nurse certification preferred.
