Help Desk Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Connsci. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common computer, networking, and access issues in a Windows/Microsoft/Outlook environment.
  • Provide password resets and other support tasks using Active Directory.
  • Participate in special projects, such as annual lifecycle refresh and organization-wide device upgrades.
  • Communicate with customer administration and perform hardware assessments.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk role or in providing technical support to end users.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Windows based hardware, operating system, and printers.
  • Active Secret clearance per Federal Stipulation.
  • Active Security+ certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/23 Kg.
