Patient Care Observer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Observer to join our team at Virtua Health. As a Patient Care Observer, you will play a vital role in providing personal constant observation of patients, ensuring their safety and well-being in a calm and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide constant one-to-one observation of assigned patients, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and their families to ensure seamless care.
- Identify and report changes in patient status to RNs, responding promptly to their needs.
- Assist in orienting healthcare teams and providing support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication skills and a high school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.
