Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one observation of assigned patients, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and their families to ensure seamless care.
- Identify and report changes in patient status to RNs, responding promptly to their needs.
- Assist in orienting new healthcare team members to our facilities and protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and have completed an Observer course or equivalent.
