About the Role

At PrideStaff, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Knoxville. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Director of Operations, including data entry, filing, running reports, supply ordering, and other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Operations with data entry, data analysis, reports, and expense tracking.
  • Participate in meetings and provide notes as required.
  • Maintain project plans and disseminate information as needed.
  • Create and update spreadsheets for financial and inventory control purposes.
  • Order supplies as requested.
  • Perform other tasks assigned relative to the role of an Administrative Assistant.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Typing speed: 65+ WPM.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of professionalism.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $16.00 - $24.00 per hour.
