The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 based on industry standards and market conditions in the Philadelphia area.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Logistician to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing integrated logistics support (ILS) for HM&E systems and equipment, including reverse engineering, technical documentation development, and fabrication/testing of replacement components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reverse engineer obsolete components and develop form/fit/function replacements
  • Develop and provide Technical Data Packages (TDPs) to the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA)
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies associated with shipboard and shore-side spares and logistics documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED desired; related experience considered
  • 5+ years of experience in ILS product development, updating, or use for US Navy HM&E systems/equipment
