As a seasoned professional, you'll have the opportunity to lead our client's supplier diversity and sustainability efforts, driving impact and innovation.

This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of remote and office work, with 3 days a week spent in Northern Philadelphia. With a competitive salary range of $130-$180K base plus a 15% bonus based on experience, you'll be rewarded for your expertise.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled individual to manage our supplier network, prioritize diverse-owned businesses, and develop strategic partnerships. As a key representative of our company, you'll participate in industry events and conferences, shaping future trends in sustainability and diversity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supplier Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with diverse suppliers, ensuring their practices align with our values.
  • Supplier Diversity & Ownership: Develop and implement strategies to promote diverse-owned businesses, fostering equitable opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Industry Leadership: Represent Cogs at industry events, showcasing our commitment to sustainability and diversity.
  • Sustainability & Reporting: Oversee data-driven reporting on supplier diversity, sustainability performance, and company-wide ESG metrics.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sustainability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for driving positive change.

The estimated salary for this position is $145K - $185K per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
