Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate applications from the pre-qualifications queue for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify that the completed agent agreements align with the submitted applications and accompanying documents.
  • Monitor the application process until agent activation, ensuring compliance with Ria's policies.
  • Identify discrepancies in applications, propose solutions, and highlight areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and field sales representatives to ensure timely and professional application processing.
  • Establish new agent accounts, including necessary details such as contact information, identification numbers, pricing, and commission structures.
  • Inform relevant departments including Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Web Support about new agent activations.
  • Facilitate the activation of new agents once all requirements are met.
  • Update existing agent information, including bank account details, ownership information, and contact numbers as necessary.
  • Process ownership change applications for current agents.
  • Carry out additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or some college education preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify inaccuracies and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to analyze information logically to resolve work-related challenges.
  • Team-oriented with a cooperative attitude, ensuring no applications are overlooked.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Adaptable to change and willing to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proficient in email communication.
