Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team as an In-Store Demonstrator. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, facilitating in-store food and product demonstrations, and promoting our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Facilitate in-store food and product demonstrations, showcasing our products and their features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, including their ingredients, nutritional information, and usage.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with store personnel to achieve company and client objectives.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements and Conditions:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Food Safety Certificate required.
  • Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, visual ability to read instructions and perform events, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, lift and carry up to 42 pounds, push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart weighing up to 300 pounds fully laden with appliances, supplies and product.
  • Ability to prepare foods using cooking utensils such as knives, convection oven, fryer, coffee maker, electric fryer, microwaves and hot oils.

Working Conditions:

Retail store environment with some travel.
