Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team at HHM Hotels (Harrisburg Corporate). The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll cycles, researching data, and ensuring timely and accurate compensation payments to associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process regular payroll cycles for managed properties and HHMLP.
  • Research data through payroll and HR applications.
  • Process sales commissions and bonuses, as needed, and ensure accurate and timely payment of this type of compensation.
  • Research requests for payroll information and respond timely.
  • Process all data feeds required for the payroll system (new hires, etc.) and input all employee maintenance issues as requested by the field and management teams.
  • Ensure correspondence (including internal and external customer interactions) is addressed timely and accurately.
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, plus 2 years of experience in payroll/compensation processing or human resources; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior hotel experience preferred.
Work Environment and Context

Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, reach, use hands and fingers to operate keyboard.

Extended work hours may be required during times of high payroll volume.
