Commercial Real Estate Attorney Assistant

Job DescriptionThe Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Reviewing and analyzing title reports, surveys, and related documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Preparing and coordinating documents for purchases, sales, financings, and leasing transactions to ensure seamless execution.
- Assisting with due diligence processes, including reviewing zoning and other municipal documentation to mitigate potential risks.
- Drafting correspondence and transactional documents to effectively communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Managing deadlines and transaction schedules to ensure timely completion and meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinating with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions to facilitate smooth collaboration and communication.
- Maintaining organized files and transaction records to ensure easy access and reference.
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required for this role.
- Minimum of five years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a proven track record of success.
- Solid experience with title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to efficiently manage documents and data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
