Structural Integrity Engineer

At Kansas Action for Children, we are seeking a dedicated Structural Integrity Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and reliability of our aircraft structures through meticulous analysis and innovative repair solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Structural Integrity Engineer, your primary duties will include:
1. Conducting detailed fatigue and damage tolerance assessments for various metallic components.
2. Collaborating closely with design and static stress teams to devise effective repair strategies.
3. Utilizing both traditional hand calculations and advanced computational methods to formulate efficient repair solutions that meet airworthiness standards.
4. Supporting the in-service fleet by providing timely quality justifications related to structural integrity.
