Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000, with potential for higher earnings as you advance in your career, reaching over $100,000 in five years.
Job Description: As a Train Crew member, you will be responsible for providing safe and timely movement of customers' freight. Previous railroad experience is not required, as we provide all necessary training. You may have the opportunity to apply for engine service and become a Class 1 Locomotive Engineer. In your initial year of service, you can expect earnings of around $80,000.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, applicants must have reached the age of 18 or above, hold a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record in the past 36 months. They must also pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT) and successfully complete an assessment in English before proceeding to the interview stage.
