Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing systematic training programs, providing customized supports, and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to meet the individual's needs and desired outcomes.
  • Provide one-on-one support and training to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to care and support.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for success.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be considered for this rewarding role, applicants must:

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess at least 18 years of age.
  • Be able to lift and move objects as needed (with assistance if required).
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pass a criminal history background check and any other required screenings.
