Job Summary:

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to provide high-quality care to our clients. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands.
  • Administer medications and provide wound care.
  • Monitor client's condition and report any changes to the care team.
  • Follow all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Satisfactory completion of Agency qualifying exam.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • 6 months recent experience or 2 years part-time experience within the last 3 years as a PCA/HCA/CNA or equivalent.
  • CPR/First Aid certification if state or program requirement.
