Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop diagnosis and treatment plans, and perform physical examinations, consultations, and patient counseling/education
  • Order and interpret patient care tests, treatments, and exams
  • Manage prescription needs, provide advice on chronic pain problems, and coordinate care

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program and passage of board-approved certifying exam
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona
  • At least 2 years of experience in Gastro Practice medicine clinic
