About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Coordinator Associate - Radiology to join our team at Stanford University. As a key member of our research team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials and studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials and studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and engage eligible participants.
  • Collect and manage patient and laboratory data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with principal investigators, research staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trial execution.
  • Monitor and report on trial progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with research participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Two-year college degree and two years related work experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of related education and relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications in a previous administrative setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification.
  • Previous experience working in a clinical research setting.
Working Conditions

This is a hybrid working agreement position, with occasional evening and weekend hours.
