We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Regency at Bluffs Park. As a Nurse Care Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise the care and services provided by our team members, ensuring high-quality care and services to our guests.
- Medication Management: Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our guests, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Assessment and Planning: Assess the health of our guests, notify the physician of changes in status, and promptly implement new orders.
- Care Coordination: Develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care and selecting appropriate interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.
- Guest Assessments: Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.
Requirements:
- Experience: Preferred 2 years of experience in a sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
- Certifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state and CPR certification.
