About the Role

At OECS - Workplace Safety Experts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Consultant to join our team. As a Safety Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients build a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site safety audits at manufacturing and construction sites to identify best practices and potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement customized safety programs and training modules for clients.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on safety and environmental compliance issues.
  • Participate in client safety committee meetings and provide direction and advice.
  • Conduct engaging safety training sessions at client locations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their workers to promote a culture of safety.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience in safety-related construction and/or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.
  • Ability to investigate accidents and identify controls to reduce or eliminate risk.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
