Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Management: Lead and manage a classroom of young children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of our students.
  • Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
  • Staff Support: Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and professional development.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, which focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: At least six months of professional teaching experience, with a preference for one year or more.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification, with a preference for additional certifications in areas such as special education or child development.
