Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee cleaning operations within the tri-state area. Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and possess a valid driver's license, as a company vehicle will be provided for travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily cleaning tasks and manage special projects as scheduled.
- Conduct deep cleaning of commercial properties and facilities.
- Identify and report deficiencies or safety hazards to management for client notification.
- Document work progress with before and after photos and submit daily reports to the regional team.
- Perform construction cleanups and carpet extractions.
- Manage floor maintenance tasks including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Conduct pressure washing and window cleaning.
- Engage in high-level dusting and general office cleaning.
- Assist in the training and recruitment of cleaning staff.
- Report working hours for payroll processing.
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are essential. Flexibility in working hours is required, with potential for emergency shifts during nights and weekends.
