I. Job Summary

  • You will work closely with our development teams to integrate APIs and develop conversational bot functionalities that enhance the customer experience.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement conversational bots across various channels, including voice and chat.
  • Utilize Genesys GIA, Google Dialogflow, web hooks, and React Native development to create seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop user-centric conversation experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Integrate APIs for conversational bot functionalities and ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and apply this knowledge to improve our contact center solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support of our contact center solutions.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities

You may have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and lead on systems projects.

IV. Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years in technical support and software development.
  • Preferred: Experience in Genesys and Nice Technologies.
