- Conduct daily meetings to reinforce branch transformation goals.
- Ensure the presence of a Digital Advocate to promote online and mobile banking.
- Drive branch growth and manage operational functions effectively.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.
- Embody the bank's values in daily operations.
- Complete required training and maintain knowledge of all products and services.
- Adapt to various banking center assignments as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of experience in a banking sales/service environment is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field. NMLS registration is necessary, along with successful completion of background checks.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership, decision-making, and coaching abilities are essential. Candidates should possess excellent managerial skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
