Job Description: We are seeking a Babies Can't Wait Program Lead to join our team in Augusta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health, retail management, or a related field, and be able to commute to the office regularly.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of services with community providers, developing partnerships, and ensuring that families receive necessary support. You will work closely with other teams to achieve program goals and outcomes. As a leader, you will also be responsible for mentoring and training staff members.
