About the Role:

The CI Specialist will apply our people talents to produce at the pace of customer demand using optimal resources, achieving lowest cost with Lean & Six Sigma quality across the entire Value Stream.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Detailed Plans and Drive Project Performance
  • Assure Timely Completion and Achievement of Product/Process Quality and Savings Goals
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Expert Teams to Drive Breakthrough or Best-in-Class Performance
  • Collaborate with C.I. Manager to Assess Current State and Develop Future State Vision
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated High-Level Performance in Current and Previous Positions
  • Basic Statistical Knowledge and Ability to Apply Statistics to Product and Process Improvement Projects
  • Solid Grasp of Manufacturing Principles, Including Process, Information, and Material Flow
  • Solid Understanding of Lean Principles
  • Basic Computer Skills and Experience with Spreadsheet Applications

Preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma certification and at least 3-5 years of continuous improvement experience.
