Core Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
1. Assess patient needs and create or modify individualized care plans based on their responses.
2. Monitor and evaluate patient progress towards expected health outcomes.
3. Foster respectful relationships with team members and patients, honoring diversity.
4. Act as an advocate for patients and their families.
5. Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
6. Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to effectively manage unit operations.
7. Serve as a mentor and role model for nursing staff, supporting departmental goals.
8. Document patient care accurately and consistently, adhering to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Hold a current State of Florida RN license or a valid eNLC multistate RN license.
- Maintain current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification; ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required for specific areas.
- Have no prior experience required.
