This position is a Direct Hire Opportunity with a competitive pay range of $24-28/hr based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee machine start-up procedures.
  • Act as the primary responder to alarms from machines, robots, thermometers, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Ensure optimal performance of machines and robotic systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to machinery, molds, and materials.
  • Communicate with Production shift supervisors regarding any significant challenges or issues that require special attention.
  • Complete process verification, tool reports, and mistake-proofing checklists accurately as required.
  • Manage all die change activities not performed by a Die Setter.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of thermolators, robot control stations, DME units, and related equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness in designated work areas.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED; or one to three years of relevant experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals.
  • Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Effective communication skills for addressing groups of customers or employees.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

  • Industrial maintenance certification.
  • Hi-Lo license is mandatory.
  • Crane and rigging training is required.

Compensation: The pay for this role ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour.
