About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Meltwater. As a key member of our Premium Support portfolio, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients, providing proactive and reactive support to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and Sales team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to address complex client challenges, leveraging technology and best practices.
  • Monitor Enterprise support consumption and provide insights to the account Customer Success Manager and Program Manager.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager to enhance our enterprise support offerings and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, accompanied by a minimum of 2 years' experience in business-to-business client support, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in at least one major business domain area, such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Government, Communications, Media, Tech, Health, Life Sciences, Financial, or Agency.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling effective problem-solving in business contexts.
  • Demonstrated capability to communicate, present, and influence convincingly across all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, adept at leveraging resources to prioritize customer satisfaction with a client-centric mindset.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations, understanding associated challenges and requirements.
  • Proficient in Boolean logic and data structuring methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.

Compensation Overview
  • Hourly Rate of $29.33-$33.65 USD per year.
  • Total compensation range for this position: $61,000 - $70,000 USD per year.
