Position Overview

Lexus of Nashville is seeking a dedicated full-time Front Desk Receptionist to enhance our customer service experience. The ideal candidate will possess a positive demeanor and a professional appearance, essential for creating a welcoming environment.


Compensation: Starting at $15 per hour, increasing to $16 after 90 days.

Payment Schedule: Weekly

Working Hours: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome showroom visitors and ascertain the purpose of their visit.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate department, inform the relevant personnel of their arrival, and introduce them to the sales team.
  • Engage with callers and guests in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Oversee key inventory and distribute keys to sales personnel.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries, directing calls to the right department or individual, or taking detailed messages when necessary.
  • Prepare light refreshments and maintain cleanliness in the café and service lounge areas.
  • Understand and adhere to receptionist protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with various dealership tasks as required.

All candidates must be at least 19 years of age and successfully complete pre-employment assessments, including background checks, motor vehicle record checks, drug screening, and possess a valid driver's license.
