Job Summary

Brightmont Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our admissions department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment and enrollment strategy to attract and retain students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment and enrollment strategy to attract and retain students.
  • Manage the enrollment funnel from initial inquiry to first day at school, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent Brightmont Academy in a variety of situations with a diverse population of prospective families, professionals, and community members.
  • Direct outreach and recruitment initiatives for the Elementary, Middle, and High School programs.
  • Build partnerships within the community with professionals and educators by sharing common goals for students' success.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create external printed and digital materials that showcase Brightmont Academy's unique model and academic offerings.
  • Develop and execute recruiting events at the school to attract prospective families and students.
  • Utilize strong sales skills to close sales and meet enrollment targets.
  • Work closely with campus directors to drive new enrollments and provide exceptional customer service to families and students.
Requirements
  • Strong sales skills and experience in school admissions, business development, or entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Ability to problem-solve and develop unique plans for each student within Brightmont Academy's program offerings.
  • Extensive presentation experience, excellent communication skills, and a commanding presence.
  • Ability to quickly learn about Brightmont Academy's model and academic offerings.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with higher education preferred.
