The Details:Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 2:30 pm or 9:00 am - 3:30 pm. As a Certified Behavior Technician [CBT], or Registered Behavior Technician [RBT] you will work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst [BCBA] to implement academic programming, behavioral interventions, social skill interventions, and support clients in gaining the necessary adaptive skills to be successful across settings.You will be provided weekly guidance by your BCBA and ongoing staff training which will allow you to better develop your understanding of behavior and intervention skills to best support your student.

What You’ll Have:High School Diploma;
A Behavior Technician certification or the willingness to obtain one (we can help guide you in the process);
Aptitude to grow and learn alongside your clients;
Great passion to help others in their journey;
An interest in working with children;
Ability to pass a Background Check;
Reliable transportation.

It Would Be Great If You Have:12 semester hours of college and currently enrolled OR 48 completed coursework;
ABA experience.
