Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
  • Assess and respond to patient needs, including monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the physician.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
