Job Description

The Process Engineer will report directly into the Operations Manager and be responsible for:

  • Achieving proficiency with key manufacturing unit operations through training with operators and engineers.
  • Managing initiatives under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
  • Troubleshooting plant process issues with technicians and operators.
  • Developing process documentation and operator training materials.
  • Helping to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring communication and implementation of management of change procedures.
  • Supporting new product and process commercialization.
  • Measuring product quality, process capability, and yield using statistical process control techniques.
