Process Engineer

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team in the specialty chemical industry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality of non-hazardous chemical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process simulations to identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine manufacturing methods
- Develop process documentation and operator training materials
- Help develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure communication and implementation of management of change procedures
- Measure product quality, process capability, and yield using statistical process control techniques
Requirements
- Engineering degree, chemical engineering a plus
- ~3+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
