Sales Account Executive

Optimum is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with small to medium-sized businesses in your assigned territory. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and lead generation: Identify potential customers in your assigned territory and engage with them to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Engage and educate: Develop and deliver sales presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Optimum's products and services.
- Customized solutions: Work with customers to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Sales pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the value and benefits of Optimum's products and services.
- Closing deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies to drive sales growth.
- Targets and quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating a strong commitment to sales performance.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices to ensure compliance and integrity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience to small/medium businesses.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a knack for working independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
- Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
- Physical abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to work full-time.
- Sales-centric mindset: Genuine passion for delivering exceptional sales results, ability to empathize with customers, and provide tailored solutions.
- Extensive product knowledge: Deep understanding of mobile and fixed-line products and services, stay current with industry trends, and technological advancements.
