Senior Living Healthcare Leader

As a Senior Living Healthcare Leader at Sunrise Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to champion quality of life for seniors and their families.
Job Description- Nursing Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for resident care in the community, managing and directing the nursing team to promote health and wellness.
- Clinical Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for residents.
- Medication Management: Oversee the community medication management program to promote resident safety in the medication use process.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of RN experience, including 1+ year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Resident Care Oversight: Manage and direct the nursing team to promote health and wellness among residents.
- Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance: Track, trend, and report clinical quality data to identify risk, and lead clinical quality and process improvement initiatives within the community.
- Staff Development & Training: Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members, and provide ongoing training and education on applied nursing practices and methods.
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on location and experience.
