Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and record patient condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines, ensuring a well-coordinated and comprehensive approach.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition.
- BLS Provider certification required.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Michigan Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
